Q: Is Independence Realty a full service realty company?
A: Independence Realty is a full service real estate company.  In addition we offer ancillary services including settlement services, mortgage lending, and legal services.

Q: How do you make money when we get paid 100%?
A: Independence Realty will in fact still be a very profitable company even with our aggressive compensation plan.  We believe that by paying top agents a top pay, we will attract many agents and close many transactions.  Our pay plans provides income to the brokerage during each of these events.

Q: Will I work from home?
A: Most top agents work from home.  If you need access to the office, we do have a facility with nearly 5000 square feet and two large conference rooms.

Q: What software will I need?
A: We highly recommend good word processing software, a good browser, and a contact management suite. There are numerous available products that provide these tools. Independence Realty will provide all agents a licensed copy of RealFAST, a software solution that makes available the latest PAR forms for Pennsylvania real estate agents.

Q: I like the money associated with your Freedom Plan and Liberty Plan, but I am afraid of the monthly charges.  Is there a plan that does not have a monthly fee?
A: As an alternative to our 100% commission plans, we offer The Spirit of ‘76 Plan.  On this plan agents receive 76% commission and are not charged the monthly fee associated with our 100% commission plans. The Spirit of '76 Plan does have an additional fee of $150.00 added to each transaction to cover benefits provided to other agents via their monthly fee.  Agents enrolled under this plan must switch to an alternate plan after six months.

Q: How do you plan to compete with BIG NAME firms?
A: The management believes that AGENTS make the firm and not vice versa! We will compete by aggressively recruiting top agents and assisting them in building their businesses.  Our business will prosper as our agents prosper.  Imagine reinvesting the difference in your commission check completely into marketing.

Q: How much wood can a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?
A: Twice as much on average on our pay plans!
